When it comes to coffee on the go, the current offerings don’t always deliver on quality.
UCC Coffee was set to change this with a premium product, delivered from a premium bean-to-cup vending solution that will break the rules of coffee on the go!
The Brief
UCC needed to break into the vending market as it was the only coffee sector they had yet to explore. It was to be a ground up project to develop & deliver a fully working premium coffee vending machine. This was to be showcased at the Coffee Shop Innovation Expo 2019 event to get corporate buy in to role this out into the European & Japanese markets & challenge the existing offering with better quality coffee, delivered at speed.
The Solution
UCC Coffee are a bean-to-cup service but they have not ventured into the vending services. Partnering with a vending operating system specialists & manufacturing specialists, we designed the branding, interface screens, devised the UX system & user journey, & developed the final machine casing look & feel.
